Hey, I’m Elissa
Big goals come with big wipeouts. I’ve fallen off horses, motorbikes, and a couple of career ladders — but every time, I’ve learned how to crash and land safely.
I’m Elissa, a breathwork coach and special mission pilot who supports folk through everyday challenges and their most ambitious goals.
With a lifetime chasing Type 2 fun, and a job that tests my limits — I’ve learned that resilience isn’t built in comfort zones. It’s built in motion.
Dreams don’t die because they’re too hard. They fade when fear takes the controls — and I’m here to help you take them back.
It pushes you to stretch and grow. But when it builds without relief, it can chip away at your confidence and capacity to cope.
